Question Why does my laptop (lenovo z500 ideapad) shutdown unexpectedly

when I turn on my laptop and then I start an emulator or VM it after some minutes shuts down unexpectedly and after the shutdown, it doesn't shut down unexpectedly anymore until after I turn off or restart the laptop manually and normally, and then it needs to be shut down unexpectedly again to it become functional
why is this happening?
if anyone has a suggestion to fix it I'll be appreciated

yes I install updates frequently
