Why does my telly not play usb stick

I have a vietech telly in my lorry why wont it play usb sound comes on but no picture

telly im guess is TV and in most causes it the video compression the TV isn't compatible with. for video you probably need either H.264/MPEG-4. This is unless your USB stick an Amazon fire stick or Roku stick.
