why is my android tablet not turning on

i was charching it and it said it was at 100% but then it would not turn on and when it did it froze on starting interface

It may need serviced. The user manual for it should have a guide for booting the tablet up into Safe Mode; you can try that, and if it works, then turn the tablet off and try starting it normally once more.
