Why laptop doesn't start on Battery while it start when i plugin

Hi, I have new battery and I have used it for 30 days with same laptop. When today morning woke up, i saw power indicator bulb of laptop is blinking while my laptop was almost shutdown. I start my laptop ... ok. then i shut down it. Again it happened. Now I removed battery. and installed again that ok. When I start laptop, it doesn't start. I mean cpu takes start but window doesn't start. when i remove battery and plug in . My laptop start.
Why it happened ? any problem in wire of battery section ?

Well the battery you bought could be defective. If this is the case, you need to contact where ever you purchased it and get them to send you a new one.
