why my zte metro pcs phone wont turn on

All its saying is phone is critically low and need to chrarge but its been on the charger still havnt came on and its just blinking

How long did you let it charger? I'd let it go for several hours, and reseat the battery. Also try a different cable or charger.

If none of that helps, it may be a bad battery or charging port or even a bad system board.
