Why those my smart hisenses tv wont change Chanels

Hello I was just wondering why those my smart tv wont wanna change channels or go too main manue it just stay in one channel and it doesn't even have sound

Did you check to make sure the remote is working? Does it not even change channels from the TV? If not, contact support, it's broken.
