Why video quality fps goes down in webcam 7?

Hello,
I am using i3 notebook to stream , i have sony ipela snc rx 570 which is giving me good quality video ( in its sony real shot manager and sony active x viwer through ethernet port) but as soon as it comes in to webcam 7 video quality goes down. just like fps went down. Although i have chosen 50 fps in webcam 7 and 30 fps in sony snc rx-570. i am using the following notebook.

how fast is your internet.. the video may be lagging coz of slow internet speeds.

YouTube only play 30fps. if you're streaming at 50fps it will transcode to 30fps
