why wont amazon and netflix stream on my smart tv.

For several days a yellow pyramid has appeared on both Netflix and amazon when I try to stream either on my Vizio smart tv. I have unplugged thentv, router and modem to no avail. What should I do next?

Can you verify that you are connected to your wifi? That is where I would start.
