Solved! Why won't my Beneve Tablet hard factory reset.

I have a Beneve probably that I have forgotten the pin number the ID and the password, I have tried to do a hard factory reset on it, when the Android guy pops up he has a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it. After 2 minutes it shuts down and and turns on normally. Whats going on and WHY. Someone PLEASE HELP.

You can't bypass a log in requirement by resetting the phone. You will still need the right info to log into it.
