Why won't my budget mobile ZTE V768 charge?

I just got my new ZTE V768 phone from budget mobile and the charger the phone came with isn't charging my phone and I have even tried to use a different charger and I still can't get it to charge. Can someone please help me figure out what would cause this problem?

If you just bought the phone, you should be talking to the place of purchase. The phone is still under their warranty, and they should be repairing or replacing it.
