Question Why wont my new phone pick up my TVs for casting?

I have tried resetting / turning off everything. They are on the same wireless signal. Nothing
I had no problem doing it with my old phone, and this one's android version is 4.0 higher!
(Old phone was a Blackberry Key2 LE running Android 8)
(New phone is a "Motorola One 5g UW Ace")

• Make sure your apps are all updated. (TV and Phone)
• Make sure low power / battery saver mode are disabled
• Add your devices in the Google Home app if you haven't already
• Switch WiFi networks on both devices

All things to try.

Did em all. Same issue at mom's with her TV.
I had 0 issues doing it on all of them with the Blackberry
