why wont my phone let me install apps

My phone wont install or download apps says error 800-----

Mine does that too. It could be that your phone has less memory to be used and cannot carry too much load to be downloaded. You better clear up your ,memory. Deletes apps that are not being used and install apps that could be useful. You can also change its downloading location through your settings. VPN helps me download apps I want, better try it too.
