Why won'y any apps open?

So, i recently installed Windows 7 (from windows 8.1) on my PC. But for some reason, my PC won't open some apps and softwares. Like Spotify and Assassin's Creed. Why is this so, and how do i fix this? It seems like the app is open for one second, and then closes again.

Note: all the apps has been redownloaded and reinstalled multiple times, but it still doesn't help.

Do you see any errormessage?
or anything in windows event logs?

if there are none, you may try to take procmon
http/technet.microsoft.com/en-in/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx

and see how the application thread is exiting or once you start the app, if any other app kicks in like anti virus
