Hello, I`m been having some problems with my notebook`s internet connectio lately. It`s model is Dell`s Inspiron 14 Z. I have had it for two years and some months now, and it has already experienced some problems with it`s flex cable(which left a few sequels that don`t really threaten the way I use it). And recently, my family bought a new router for our Wi-Fi and it has been working well on all the devices my family have and even on others people notebooks, except for mine. When I turn it on, it stays connected and navigating well for some minutes, and then the connection stops working. Then I have to disconnect and connect it again. After a few minutes it stops again, then I have to reconnect again, and it goes on forever. I have already considered resetting it completely, but don`t know if it is a good idea. What do I do?
Note: the ethernet cable is working normally.
Note 2: I use Windows 7.

Look for upgraded drivers first of all.

If you changed the router you might have gotten one that had lower range and so your computer is now in the low signal zone.

I already updated all drivers I could, except for a graphics one that I can`t update no matter how many times I try. And for the range my computer stays in the same room as the router, and also, when a friend of mine came over, we stayed far from it, and it still worked better than mine.

Thanks, I`ll try it. But removing the battery is really important? Because my laptop is an ultrabook, so I can`t remove the battery.
