wifi button fn+f12 problem

i have change my toshiba os to windows 8.1

when i pres fn+f12 the blutooth is the one who turn on not the wifi

please please give me any solution

What OS was on your Toshiba? Is this a laptop? Did you update the drivers to suit Windows 8.1?
