Wifi is not working

Wifi is turned off, I can't enable it
Wireless card is detected but not working
I checked bios settings and found wireless pci port is disabled, when I enable it and boot it gets disabled again and wifi setting is gone from mobility center
My laptop is dell n51110,it has overheating problems and it seems that I lost external graphics Nividia card from heating I assume as it's not detected by all means, could the wireless card be gone too?

Is there a hardware switch or hot switch to disable wireless? Aside from that, since there are issues with the laptop in general the wireless card or motherboard connection could also be damaged.
