wifi problem in asus zenfone 5

wifi is not turning in my asus zenfone 5,when I tried to hard reset the mobile it is showing no command found.some please help me.Thanks

The first thing I would try is...

1. Clear out the WiFi info on the phone (making the phone 'forget' the info for your WiFi)
2. Reboot your modem/router
3. When the modem/router is fully up again, reboot the phone and re-enter the WiFi info.
