he will have to acces is router with is administrator account and made the change ,it could also on is router maker web site and they will tell him how to do it.

we would NOT help with changing a router or accesspoint's password.

If he needs help in getting his laptop to connect but can't because Windows has a bad stored WPA2 key, then we can direct him/her on where to type in the correct wpa2 key. We CANNOT help him change a hardware password.

Danny2000: he is not asking how to change router or others accesspoint password.he is asking how to change his own accesspoint password means own wifi accesspoint password. example: if u connect 2 bluetooth device type some password same in both devices thats it he is asking how to do it in wifi with his own device not others bluetooth password. ok.
