Question Wiko U307. Can't Install Apps, not enough space but 11GB of 16GB ?

Hi there,

I have a Wiko U307 Smart Phone running Android and I can't install apps via google play , says not enough space? but yet I have like 5+ GB Free ?

I have tried deleting apps, Clearing the Cache and Storage Space of apps like Google Play Store and Google Play Services? to no available? Logged Out and Back in of my Google Account.

Though I can download some APK's and install that way

Any advice to solve this?

I know I can just Factory Reset the
phone, but that is not the best solution. Takes awhile/etc to deal with.

5+ GB is on Internal Storage. I guess one thing I could possibly do
is take a picture with my Tablet of the Storage and post it.
