Will a 19 volt wall plug for he fit a Toshiba laptop

Someone has a HP plug and was wondering if it would fit the Toshiba

Yes it will be OK as long as it is an AC Adapter for a laptop. The output should be 19.4 Volts DC and 4 Amps or higher. Usually the only part that may be different would be the connector end that plugs into the laptop. If tit fits, it is fine.
