Question Will buying a 3.5mm to usb converter will reduce microphone buzzing noise?

Will buying a 3.5mm to usb converter will reduce microphone buzzing noise? Because from what I've read buying a USB Headset will reduce or even remove the buzzing noise in the microphone so I was wondering if i bought a 3.5mm to usb converter will reduce or even remove the buzzing noise because is the cheaper solution than buying a new headset, thanks

I think what you want is an USB to 3.5mm "DAC" like the
Sharkoon Gaming DAC Pro S V2

it can reduce buzzing, but could be your headset as well. Which one are you using?
