Question When clipping or streaming theres a Buzzing/ static noise

Hi so when I clip using nvidia shadow play or when I stream using any software like obs/stream labs there is a buzzing/static noise. There is not one regularly but it only shows up on the clip. Also if I turn microphone boost all the way to 0 in the sound control panel it goes away. But then no one can hear me even on discord and in the clips. Any fixes?

Have you tried using another sound output? I think you need to find our if it's the mic causing this or something else. Also have you recently updated your drivers? If yes, you can try cancelling the update of the driver and revert to the previous one. If not, you can try updating it.
