I just received my ht70 by homtom but TMobile is not supporting with 4g and I cannot open my apps gaming movies etc......

Look at the Network section here https://www.gearbest.com/cell-phones/pp_1661633.html it shows the compatible connections. Did you check Sprint, AT&T, Boost, Verizon etc... to see if you can use it there?
