Question Will my HDD fail?

Using Asus tuf laptop, someone dropped my laptop, it was acting slow and laggy also s screen is bleeding from let side. I went to crystal disk and it shows error "Caution[C5] : current pending sector count : 80"
Question is will the Hdd recover with time, or should i start taking backup now, data is important..
Any solution for screen bleeding , its an lcd screen like as if there is strain on sides.
Please help

hdd don't recover with time. it will get worst. replace it
always do backup.
screen might be crack.

Screen is not cracked i can see that, screen bleeding is observed in left side when windows is booting in black background or blue, how can i attach images here from phone. And thanks for you reply! I'll do backup tom. If my system boots. 😵

That typically means your disk can’t (or isn’t) reallocating sectors correctly. This disk can probably fail hard at anytime. Back up your data asap!
For screen bleeding... nah, I have read these improvements possible way this will work?

Screen does not have to have a visible crack on the outside to be broken, you will need to replace it.
