16gb ram

How will it run VR?

You have to get Subnautica (Steam) after you get your rift!

It's all well and good meeting the specs but it also depends on the games you will play, if they not that well coded it may suffer on your end, but then u won't know till you try, one more thing, if u are willing to spend the money for the rift would it not be a good idea to save more and up the specs of the pc aswell ?

Brett here makes a good point. Some of the games for sale have higher minimum specs than the Oculus itself.
