Will not charge or turn on

I have tried every thing that is posted and nothing is working..... Any other ideas... Holding the volume button does not work even with it plugged in. It will turn on or say its charging... Any one with any ideas?

What won't charge or turn on? If it does not turn on or charge, nothing you can do except bring it somewhere to be looked at, PC repair shop or if it's from a cell company, one of their stores.
