Will not connected to wifi

I have an android nextbook tablet and i can't connect to wifi. I've done the hard rest and the reset factory but before I could connect to wifi and now I can't connect to internet it does show me that I'm connected to wifi but there's an exclamation mark beside the wifi icon...can anyone please help me out....I love my tablet

You don't say if that is with all WiFi connections or just a specific one. Also, have you tried forgetting the WiFi you are trying to connect to and then re-entering the info?
