My laptop will not download my boarding pass. What is wrong with it

You likely have a popup blocker preventing the file from downloading/being displayed. Check your browser settings.

Could also be an issue caused by adblockers if you are using those with your browsers. If so, try whitelisting the site you are getting your boarding pass from.
