Seen a good deal on this but need the laptop to be able to play sims 4

Doubt it will, it has very little storage and the video and CPU is slow. "good deal" is subjective, it's cheap but slow. Good basic use system though.

According to the following it is if you play at 1280x720 resolution and low graphic settings. Playing at 1366x768 and low graphic settings should be possible, but not with medium settings.
