will the ASUS X540 15.6" laptop run rome 2 total war

I'm getting a new laptop as mine is old a crap. It would be a bonus if it could run rome 2 total war. Is the ASUS X540 15.6" capable as that's what I'm looking at getting

The cpu has an intel 5300 gpu, which run rome total war at 25fps at a lower resolution of 1024x768. The game will look slow and run slow, but you can just barely make it. http/www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-5300.125576.0.html
