Will this blow up my sub woofers?

I just got a 200watt rms 400 watt cadence 12" built in amp sub woofer

I bought a 13.5v 20 amp converter for it at $100

When I connect it will it blow up! Or be perfect?

13.5 x 20 = 27 x 10 = 270W. So it should be fine if your subbie is rated at 400W rms.
