Will this desktop be able to handle next gen games at medium to high settings?

I'm building a desktop and here are my pc specs. I'll tell you what games I want to play.

Intel core i5-4590 desktop processor
8 GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 760 2 GB
1TB SATA HDD
500 watt power suppply

Medium should not be a problem. High might be depending on the game.
