Will this laptop be able to handle video steaming (netflix/amazon prime) and (20000 word) word documents?

Hello! I need to buy a new laptop for general document writing and video streaming. This is the cheapest laptop I could find that I think suits my requirements, would you please be kind enough to give me your opinion on this matter as to its performance, as I am unsure whether or not this will be powerful enough.

14 inch LED 1920x1080p display
Quad core Intel atom processor 1.84 Ghz
4GB DDR3 SDRAM
32GB eMMC storage
Wlan (Wifi) Type: 802.11B, 802.11G, 802.11n

word, no problem if you don't mind slow.
I would not use 32 GB disc as windows takes ~30Gb, you might have problems with updates when disc will fill itself for no reason and no control over it for you.
my choice would be

WHILE THIS IS WEAKER!!
chrome os is meant to be lightweight, and if you don't mind GOOGLE DOCS, this is strong and valid option.
netflix is perfect on all chromebooks.
