HP Envy 15.

Intel® Core™ i7-4702MQ (2.2 GHz, 6 MB L3 cache)
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)
1 TB 5400 rpm SATA
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
4 SuperSpeed USB 3.0
1 HDMI
1 RJ-45
1 Headphone-out/microphone-in combo jack
120W AC power adapter

I would like to play COD Ghosts when its released, Saints Row 4, GTA 4, COD BLOPSII, CS:GO, Crysis 2/3, and Fallout New Vegas, maybe Napoleon Total War. Possibly DOTA 2. All on medium settings (with fps of about 30-40). Most of these games require a 2.4GHz processor which is what I'm most worried about.

Thanks,
Wilson

Keep in mind the 4702 is 2.2 GHz without it's Turbo Clock. When it needs to, it will crank itself up to about 3.2 GHz single-threaded performance (almost all games are single threads), so I imagine the 4702 won't have any trouble getting up to speed for these games.

The 750M should be able to play those games on medium at an acceptable framerate no problem.

as long as you don't play on 1080p you shouldn't have any problem playing any game. the GT 750m is pretty high-end.
i'd say you'd be able to play CoD:G on low-medium settings on 1080p and on high at 720p but i'm only spectating.
