Will this run an HTC VIVE? I understand Intel not AMD so im not sure what im looking at power wise for the cpu and gpu. My current PC is 1080ti hybrid with an I7 quad core but id like a laptop that can run an HTC Vive for the portability of it. THANKS!

No, that graphics processor is not recommended for VR. I would look for something with no less than a GTX 1070 equivalent in a laptop for portable VR. One of my coworkers actually just picked up an MSI Leopard Pro with portable VR (HTC Vive) specifically in mind and it runs fantastic.
