Will this laptop run CS:GO?

I am saving up to build a pc over this summer to play all the new triple A games. But for now I wanted to play the basic games like CS:GO. I was wondering if this laptop would be able to run CS:GO at all on any settings, (note: I don't care about graphics and I'll play on any resolution for it to be playable). Thanks in advance because I don't want to spend 20 bucks and find out it's unplayable. Also, the laptop is about 5 years old. It has a single core celeron CPU with no graphics card. It's not going to play anything.

I doubt it. Even at low 720P your going to get really irritating frame dips below 30 all the time. You'll want at least a modern day pentium (haswell) as the bare minimum for CSGO.
