Will this laptop work with league of legends?

Hi there! i am in high school and i need to get an laptop for work and skype browers music and i want to play leauge of legends when i have nothing to do so please help me!

CPU: Intel Core i5 4:e gen. 4200U / 1.6 GHz Turbo to 2.6.Chache: L3 - 3 MB
Graff: NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M - 2 GB DDR3 VRAM.Display: 1366 x 768 ( HD )
RAM: 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3L SDRAM
HDD: 500 GB
Windows: 8.1 64bit

Will this do it?

Ps: i dont want to have above 60fps

That should actually do it - though the current baseline recommendation for League of Legends is 740+ for your graphics card. But if you aren't picky about FPS, that should certainly do the job well.

If 60+ fps i will buy it but if it its 50- nope i then i rather save money and get another one next year but i really want one right now...
