Solved! Will this power cord work as a replacement?

I found a HP Pavilion x30 (RMN: TPN-W125) near the recycling at my place. Assuming it isn't a hardware problem, I think I can fix it. Will this cord work for charging it?

I would suggest you try searching on the HP site for the exact part info for the original charger, then if you want to get an aftermarket one (not a fan but I can understand if that is the route you are going) then you can look up a charger with the exact specs of the original.

It is better to do it that way than to just take the word of a place/person advertising that it is the right part. Then you will know the actual specs you need the charger to have.
