Will this work? Streaming advice!

I currently own an Asus K501UW-AB78. (Intel Core i7, GTX 960M, 8GB DDR4, 512GB SSD).

I want to start streaming on YouTube live. I have an Elgato HD capture card and I'm using OBS with my PS4.

My question is can my laptop handle streaming with this setup? I am only using the laptop for streaming. My games will always be played through ps4/Xbox One.

Will I be able to do 720p 60fps? Thanks in advanced.

It should be able to handle it. Why not stream from the ps4 directly as it should have that feature built in? Just to let you know I don't own a ps4.
