Question Windoes Defender's MP Cache Files

Windows defender's mp cache file increase everyday when I use PC. I use disk cleanup by clean system drives and delete files in history folder won't reduce mp cache kb size. How do I reduce the size of it?

Now my Mpcache file is 23511kb. I know tomorrow it will increase again.
