window 7 run insafe mode,freeze in normal a few second after start

Mouse unable to use..ctrl-alt-del also can't use but in safe mode it working..laptop become hot and fan noise..after check at bios memory test ok but primary hard disc test occur error hard disk 1 quick (303)

Hard drive is failing. Back up all important data that you can get in safe mode. It will only get worse the more you attempt to use it.
