windows 10 freezing

hi, so I bought a new laptop (msi) like 2 weeks ago, since 3 days ago when I was playing a game it started freezing and it said a error on my screen.

Can someone help me with this problem ?

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available then test it again.
- If that will not work, do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Once done, open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Next is to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site of the GPU. (AMD, Intel or Nvidia)
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do test the laptop again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If the laptop will still continue to freeze, do run some test with the HDD and RAM just to make sure it's not a hardware problem.
- If all test will pass that means the last option would be to reinstall Windows.
