I updated my windows 10 to 2019 version after that it is not detecting bluetooth in my laptop in earlier version i used bluetooth but after update the window is denying that this laptop have bluetooth

Welcome to Windows 10 quality testing LOL

Check for a newer driver from Dell or roll back the update. There are not many tech things that I like less than Windows 10 and how it does updates, drivers, features, gui changes, all are in one huge blob. I think Microsoft wants to make sure IT workers keep their jobs so just break things at random so we can spend time trouble-shooting.
