Windows 10 Login Screen

I have newly installed windows 10 in my dell inspiron 5000 series laptop and then i thought to change the default login screen wallpaper provided by windows 10, so i watched a video in you tube and installed a software and change it but when it restarted my laptop it shows my login screen then red screen after then both flickers and i cant access my laptop
plz help
Help me to solve this or plz guide me how to use a restore point from boot
