Hello folks.
This problem has been extremely annoying, so I'm just hoping that someone can help me out.
My computer is ASUS X550JK.
I'm using Windows 10 for more than 6 months now and I had no problems since yesterday when my computer decided to scan and fix the disc. I turned on my computer, saw my computer asks me if I want to skip disc scanning or let it do the process. I didn't skip it and it took around 15-20 minutes to finish. When I finally got to see my desktop, I suspected something was wrong (slow computer, sound is not working). I immediately went to system restore and selected to go back to January 3th but system restore didn't work, said that it couldn't be completed. I scanned which programs was affected by this fixing process and it listed down nearly every driver of my computer. So Windows basically deleted and reinstalled every driver.
When I was desparately looking for solutions, one of the times I tried to restart the computer, Windows said something wrong was detected and it will try to restore the system. Windows finished the process, everything seemed to be working well again except sound. I've tried using Driver Talent program for updating drivers and it did a good job (updated 15 drivers including sound drivers) but sound still doesn't work. I've probably tried installing every driver that is compatible with ASUS but no solution yet. I've checked pretty much every suggested solution on the internet including stopping the service and restarting it, changing bit and Hz.

On the second picture, you can see that it says something requires further installation but I don't know what that means. I can supply more information if it's needed.
Thank you in advance.
