Windows 10 stuck at login and spyware issues.

I have Windows 10. A few weeks back I started getting annoying pop ups and one that locks my screen down and a message comes up asking me to call Microsoft tech support. I used task manager to close Chrome. I ran Malwarybytes, Spybot Search and destroy and Super Anti spyware all the free editions. It clears up the problems for a bit but I still once in awhile get the Mircrosoft Security spam. It does seem to happen when I go to Ebay for some reason. Now, my computer seems to run a bit slower and commonly at start-up, I get the page that is back with Dell on it and the rotating circle on the bottom then the Dell picture goes away and it stays at the black/grey screen and the circle on the bottom keeps circling but never gets me to the next window, it gets stuck. I have to hold the power button down and shut down and retry and sometimes it does the same thing and sometimes it does let me get in and log in. Also, Malwarebytes full scan never finds anything and neither did Spybot but the Super Antispyware does find many things that is clears out. Anyhow, I don't know what to do next?

It sounds like, even though the programs you are using to clean it find and remove some things, the main problem is not being removed.

Try loading the computer in "Safe Mode" and see if they problem occurs anymore. You can load in "Safe Mode with Networking" to be able to still access the net. If you do not get this problem at all, while you are in "Safe Mode" then you definitely have something on the computer that is the problem.

I would then start looking at what is running when you load normally vs what is running when you load in "Safe Mode".

If that doesn't get to the problem, I would then try running other antivirus and malware programs to see if they detect anything that the ones you are currently using aren't finding.
