windows 10 stuck on reset after clean install

I was having a random reboot problem with my new windows 10 laptop. Dell support told me to do a reset. I did a total back to factory reset. I am stuck at 64% on the reinstall for over an hour and don't know what to do next. Can anyone help with this problem?

When you say random reboot problem, can you be more specific? Would it blue screen out and reboot? Power just cut off, then it reboots?

It sounds like something may be wrong with your HDD if the factory reset process is not wanting to continue. I'm assuming it passed the formatting stage already?
