Windows 7 Desktop Applications

Hey! I know that Windows 7 has some cool desktop applications and useful little things like Rainmeter and what not, but I was wondering if anyone's ever heard of an application that allows app folders, kinda like how the iPhone and Android phones have. I'd like to keep game shortcuts in it's own cool looking folder like a phone has other than the ugly, normal windows folder. Thanks for any help!

You can change a folder icon to whatever you want.
Right click, Properties, Customize.
