Windows 7 Recovery Disc

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop which is not running. Can anybody tell me where I can get a windows 7 recovery disc?

You probably have a recovery partition on your machine.. so check out the manual first on how to access it.

If you want to restore your system back to the way it was shipped, when the system boots, immediately press the ctrl and F11 keys at the same time and you will enter the Dell Recovery Restore Utility.

Once you get Windows back up and running, see if their is a utility to create a set of rescue dvd's, if your hdd fails, this is the only way to reinstall.
