Windows 8.1 - Administrator account

Hi all,
I'm experiencing a problem that never happen before. Im using windows 8.1 as a guest, and I tried to delete a Trip Adviser short -cut and I can't. It says I need a administrator password.
so, I tried to find the admin account and cant see it anywhere.
Did I do something wrong? Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Sign on with any admin account or reinstall windows and make sure you know the admin account credentials. If you want to see what accounts are available simply choose Log Off instead of shutdown or restart.
